Little did Knut Yngve Zacco know that the firm he started in the 1870s would grow into one of the most prominent and trusted IP firms in Europe. It is this 150 years of working with innovative thinkers that has led to our 360° perspective on intellectual property.

Our clients are our heroes, they are the inventors, the engineers, the brand builders and we are so proud of being able to help them achieve their potential. They trust us with their trade secrets, and their most valuable assets, and we have been working with some of them for over 100 years. We count around 40% of the Interbrand Top 100 most valuable global companies as clients. We handle thousands of applications, validations and renewals every year, we manage around 250,000 registered IP assets in our portfolio.
Star for Life Ukraine
Our Scandinavian roots provide a foundation for our values and an important part of these is supporting those around us. Our CSR projects have focused on working with organisations that support children, such as those working with education and training, often in the fields of technology, or projects that focus on mental health and attempts to relieve childhood trauma.
In 2022, we decided to start supporting Star For Life Ukraine, a Swedish non-profit organisation who are attempting to soften the trauma experienced by Ukrainian schoolchildren growing up in a warzone. Their work supports psychological wellbeing, mental health and self-esteem, while at the same time providing practical education and training in the form of IT skills development. Having previously supported Star for Life projects in South Africa, we trust the leadership team and we know that they will deliver life-changing support on the ground.
